Custom and Personalised Products

Please note that custom and personalised products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchange and Return Policy – Ready-to-Ship Items

If you wish to exchange an item due to an error in the product or a defect, we will cover the shipping costs.
In any other case, shipping fees for returns or exchanges will be the buyer’s responsibility.

If items are returned by the postal service due to incorrect information provided by the customer, a new shipping fee will be charged for resending the products.

Refunds will only cover the value of the products — shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Conditions

Exchanges may be requested within 7 calendar days from the day after your order is delivered.

Products must be returned exactly as received: in their original packaging, with the manual and all accessories, and showing no signs of misuse.

Once the item is received, our team will inspect it. The analysis process takes up to 4 working days after confirmation of receipt.

If the product does not meet the return conditions mentioned above, it will be sent back to the customer without prior notice.

The total time for the exchange may vary depending on the customer’s location and shipping method.

We recommend keeping the outer packaging used for transport to ensure the product is properly protected and not damaged in transit.

For items delivered by post, a return shipping authorisation will be issued. For items delivered by courier, a collection will be arranged at the same address where the order was delivered.

Returns

Customers may return their purchase within 7 calendar days from the day after delivery.

The product must be returned in the same condition it left our stock: original packaging, manual, and all accessories, with no signs of misuse.

Once the item is returned, our team will carry out an inspection within 4 working days of receiving it.

If the product does not comply with the return policy, it will be sent back to the customer without prior notice.

The total processing time may vary depending on the customer’s region and the shipping method used.

Please ensure the packaging used for the return is well preserved to avoid damage during transit.

For items shipped by post, a return shipping label will be provided. For courier deliveries, a collection will be arranged at the same address as the original delivery.

Once the return is confirmed and processed, the amount may be credited towards future purchases or refunded according to the original payment method.
