First of all, I must confess that...

Custom parties hold a special place in my heart. It was with them that I started PAKOPI and dove into the adventure of entrepreneurship. I LOVE being able to create parties with identity, and it's with personalised parties that we can add names, ages, the cutest little faces, and most importantly: tell stories.

 

T​he party-in-a-box concept you receive all the decorations at home ready to create a festive atmosphere in a practical, quick, and heartfelt way every detail is designed to make the celebration memorable and significant for the whole family.

Below you will find the step by step instructions for your party to happen:

STEP 1

Choose the theme

The first step is to decide on the theme of the party (It can be an existing theme or we can develop a new one for you!) which is essential to give personality to the celebration you can choose something that has meaning for the family the child’s favourite character or something that evokes a special memory.

STEP 2

Choose the size

After selecting the theme it is time to decide on the kit size and complete your order! We have milestone, small, medium, large, and full party boxes, as well as individual items.

At this momento is important to consider:

 

  • Location (outdoors or indoors at home or in a hall)

  • Size of the table

  • Number of guests

 

It is also important to think about personal preferences whether you prefer a cleaner, minimalist party or a more elaborate and decorated one and to consider the amount of food that will be prepared such as sweets, cakes, and sandwiches as this will influence the space needed to organise everything.

STEP 3

We will contact you

After choosing the theme and size, we will contact you by Whatsapp or E-mail to arrange all the customisation details, your party will go into production.

STEP 4

We will develop the artwork

If your order is for an EXISTING THEME, we will send you the artwork for approval within 5 business days. If your order is for a NEW THEME, we will send you the artwork for approval within 10 business days.

STEP 5

Production & Shipping

After your approval, we'll produce everything and send it to you. Then just wait and receive an incredible party to celebrate!

What is the total production time?

EXISTING THEME

3 to 5 business days

 

NEW THEME

10 to 15 business days depending on our production schedule.

How far in advance should I place my order?

As soon as possible! :) At various times throughout the year, our schedules are tight and we need to pause new orders. So, if you want to celebrate with us, place your order and save the date!

Can I create any theme?

Yes! We have one restriction: We don't use commercial characters and/or images. If you want a commercial theme, we'll develop it in a playful way, using colors and elements that reflect the theme.

Do you ship worldwide?​

Yes, we ship worldwide via post office. If you choose, we can ship via your preferred carrier. The costs will be included in your order.

How long does it take to ship?

Shipping times depend on your zip code and the shipping method you choose. 

I want a party with little faces, is that possible?

Yes, we can include faces on all our personalised products. Cake toppers, banners, hats, cupcake toppers... and so on!
